Three cycling routes in Madrid through different areas and for various levels

Grand tour
This route constitutes a perimeter ring to get to know Madrid along 420 kilometers divided into 17 stages. It is a different way of getting to know the region in a simple, ecological, accessible and healthy way, at the pace set by each one, from the most sporty to those who seek to walk and relax among nature while getting to know the community.

On this route you will find urban spaces, leafy pine forests, peaks, vineyards, olive groves and you will even pass through charming towns such as San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Alcalá de Henares or Chinchón.

The TransCAM
This cycle route is longer than the previous one, 643.3 km to go around the Community of Madrid completely on pedals. It is designed to be done in 12 stages of about 50-60 km each, with different levels of difficulty. The northern Sierra area is more mountainous and involves more unevenness, while the southern stages pass through much flatter landscapes.

In addition to nature, you will pass through towns of special interest such as Aranjuez, Lozoya or Somosierra.

Routes in Sierra Norte
Sierra Norte is one of the most popular areas for cycling in Madrid.
