1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Entur-2005 e hijos s.l., hereinafter referred to as the DATA CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, and that it is responsible for the processing of the user's personal data carried out through these social networks. The DATA CONTROLLER further informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Therefore, the following information regarding the processing of personal data is provided:

What do we process your personal data for?

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the DATA CONTROLLER, which may include the following activities:

- Handling requests and enquiries submitted to the DATA CONTROLLER
- Providing information about activities and events organised by the DATA CONTROLLER
- Providing information about products or services offered by the DATA CONTROLLER
- Interacting through official profiles
On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, whereby the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the DATA CONTROLLER's social media page, thereby expressing interest in the information published on it. Consequently, by requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER provides consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.

The USER may access the privacy policies of the social network concerned at any time and may configure their profile settings to ensure their privacy.

The DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, particularly their contact name. Such data is used solely within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file held by the DATA CONTROLLER where necessary to process the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: personal data shall be retained until such time as the USER withdraws the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.

Who do we disclose your personal data to?

Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the DATA CONTROLLER's social media profiles, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER. Accordingly, such information may be publicly available to other users of the social network. Through the settings of each social network, the USER may configure which information they wish to make public, review the permissions granted, remove them or disable them, as well as delete or deactivate any third-party application they no longer wish to use.

No disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged unless such disclosure is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes. In such cases, data may be shared with our communication-related service providers, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required under current data protection legislation.

What are your rights?

The USER's rights: these rights may only be exercised in relation to information that is under the control of the DATA CONTROLLER.

- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of personal data, and the right to restriction of or objection to processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the USER considers that the processing does not comply with the applicable legislation

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The DATA CONTROLLER shall carry out the following actions:

- Access the public information contained in the USER's profile
- Publish on the USER's profile any information already published on the DATA CONTROLLER's social network profile
- Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels
- Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile

The USER may always manage their connections, remove content that no longer interests them and restrict with whom they share their connections. To do so, they should access their privacy settings.

3. POSTS AND PUBLICATIONS

Once the USER becomes a follower of or joins the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must own the published content, hold the corresponding copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of any affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that infringes or may infringe morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or violates intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or applicable law, is expressly prohibited.

In such cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The DATA CONTROLLER shall not be liable for content freely published by a USER.

The USER should be aware that their publications may be viewed by other users and therefore the USER is primarily responsible for safeguarding their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the DATA CONTROLLER; however, they will remain available on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS

Access to and registration on the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks is prohibited for children under 14 years of age. Furthermore, where the USER has special capacity requirements, the intervention of the holder of parental responsibility or guardianship, or their legal representative, shall be required by means of a valid document proving such representation.

The DATA CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacity requirements. The DATA CONTROLLER's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register for, use, or provide any personal information through the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks.
